How It Works:

Over the span of our 6-week online resilience training programme, participants will partake in weekly 90 minute Google Meet sessions, delving into the profound impact of resilience within the workplace.
Sessions delve into resilient decision-making, offering techniques for sound choices under pressure, and conclude with strategies for sustaining resilience beyond the programme.
Throughout, candidate engagement and discussion are encouraged, but our coaching team will also share practical steps and techniques, blending theory with real-world application.
